Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to drive end-to-end tender submissions for PfP Students, collaborating with the Head of Business Development and stakeholders across the business to deliver compelling, high-quality bids that support growth.

You will manage multiple bids, identify opportunities through procurement portals, lead bid reviews, maintain a tender pipeline, and mentor temporary bid writers in a national role with potential client-site meetings.

Formación

• Proven experience operating at Bid Manager level in competitive tendering.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement processes and portals.
• Experience managing multiple complex bids concurrently.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a large organisation.
• Experience within Property/ Student Accommodation is preferred though not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end tender and bid process for PfP Students.
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously and identify opportunities through portals and sector insights.
• Lead bid reviews and debriefs, monitor performance and maintain tender pipeline.
• Provide leadership to temporary bid writers during peak activity.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure compliant, on-brand submissions.
