Places for People is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end tender submissions for PfP Students. You will work with the Head of Business Development and key stakeholders to develop high-quality bids that differentiate our offering and support growth.

You will manage multiple bids, navigate public sector portals, and ensure compliance with client requirements and branding. You may mentor bid writers and influence future bidding strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Bid Manager in competitive tendering.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement portals.
• Experience managing multiple bids and stakeholders.
• Experience in property/student accommodation preferred.
• Ability to develop high-quality bid submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender/bid process for PfP Students.
• Coordinate with Head of Business Development and stakeholders across the business.
• Lead bid reviews, debriefs, and maintain tender pipeline.
• Mentor temporary bid writers during peak periods.
