Biffa is seeking a Bid Coordinator to help secure new business and retain existing contracts by delivering high-quality tender submissions. You will work with our Regional Business Development and Account Management teams to tell a compelling story and showcase our brand strengths.

Responsibilities include identifying bid opportunities, coordinating PQQs and ITTs, and producing clear, persuasive content with impeccable quality control, while staying ahead of industry trends and collaborating

Formación

• Proven bid writing and tender submission experience.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• APMP qualification or similar is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage bid opportunities and distribute to Sales & Account Management for review.
• Write and coordinate tenders for waste management services including PQQs and ITTs.
• Produce clear, persuasive, well-researched content aligned with brand strengths.
• Ensure grammar-perfect, well-structured and engaging submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop fresh bid material that evolves with industry advances.
• Support business development research to strengthen bid strategy.
