Qualifications

• Degree or Level 6 qualification with 3 years' Bid/Business Development experience, or 5 years without degree.
• Experience managing complex bids/tenders from opportunity to submission and post-bid review.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and developing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex bids and tenders and drive defined business development initiatives.
• Coordinate contributions across technical, commercial and operational teams.
