Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead work winning for our national business, covering Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage sectors. The role reports to the Director of Bidding and drives opportunity pursuit for key clients.

You will guide the bid process from early engagement through post-tender requirements, build stakeholder relationships, develop bid programmes and budgets, and ensure governance and quality across cross-sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in work winning and bid management.
• Experience of private sector bidding.
• Ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
• Degree or higher in Built Environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead work winning across opportunities and sectors.
• Manage the full bid process from BD to post-tender.
• Build relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.
• Develop detailed bid programmes and budgets.
• Governance and compliance with company processes.
• Support bid process improvements and CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate bid teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
