Job summary

Defence Compass Group UK&I seeks a proactive Bid Coordination & Management professional to lead the programme management of winning bids and opportunities. The role involves formalising the bid process, coordinating resourcing, pricing information, and ensuring compliant submissions.

You will drive bid quality, manage client communications, and support knowledge management across the ESS Bid Library and growth library within a defence sector context.

Qualifications

• Experience of Bid Coordination and Bid Management across multiple industries, preferably in the public sector.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills; highly motivated and proactive.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and manage long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management of winning bids and opportunities.
• Manage and formalise bid process, including resourcing, administration and pricing support.
• Ensure deployment of bid strategy and critical success factors.
