Are you a Bid Lead who enjoys winning work, shaping strategy and taking real ownership of major construction bids?

A leading UK construction and engineering specialist is expanding its pre‑construction function and is looking for four experienced Bid Leads to help secure a strong pipeline of complex, high‑profile projects.

This is a role for someone who wants influence, visibility and the chance to work on bids that genuinely matter.

What you’ll be responsible for:

You’ll sit at the centre of the bid process, driving quality, pace and clarity from start to finish.

• Owning bids from opportunity through to contract award
• Shaping bid strategy with pre‑construction and commercial teams
• Managing bid programmes, inputs, governance and budgets
• Coordinating high‑quality written submissions and client presentations
• Managing tender documentation, clarifications and risk registers
• Working closely with clients to understand expectations and win themes
• Pulling together technical, commercial, legal and supply‑chain content
• Leading tender settlements and handovers into delivery teams

This role suits someone who is organised, credible and comfortable taking the lead.
