Job summary

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Lead for a fixed term to work with the Data Warehouse and Informatics teams to deliver high-quality reporting. You will balance stakeholder needs with robust analytics, helping inform decision-making across the Trust.

Experience with NHS data is highly desirable, along with BI/DWH tools such as PowerBI and SQL. The role provides senior management interaction, project leadership, and the chance to influence

Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant equivalent knowledge & experience related to analysis or information management.
• Evidence of on-going development and continuous learning.
• Recognised Health Informatics qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and manage projects across the full range of data collection, collation, analysis and presentation activities.
• To continually look to enhance the format of information provided and seek to provide innovative solutions to help inform decision-making across the Trust.
• Lead on delivery of key projects across the Divisions.
• To provide information to colleagues within the divisional team, and on occasion with external colleagues regarding the interpretation of data and information, the presentation of information and the understanding of statistical and analytical methods.
