Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Data Analysis & Reporting Lead to guide high-quality data analysis and reporting across the organisation. You will lead complex data projects, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights to support decision-making.

The role involves leading a team, collaborating with senior management, and shaping an analytics and reporting sub-strategy that aligns with the Trust's objectives. On-site work is required three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data projects and analytics initiatives to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop the analytics team, collaborate across departments, and report to senior management on strategic data initiatives.
• Design and implement an Analytics and Reporting sub-strategy aligned with the Trust's objectives to support the data strategy.
• Maintain regular dialogue with stakeholders, updating on data initiatives, challenges and roadmaps.
• Develop upskilling plans and guide professional registration through bodies like AphA, BCS, in line with the National Competency Framework.
