Navigo Health and Social Care CIC is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee BI delivery, analytics, dashboards and data warehousing that inform operational and strategic decisions across the organisation.

You will lead a skilled team in performance reporting, data quality improvements, and stakeholder‑focused insights aligning with NHS Agenda for Change terms and organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to understand stakeholder needs.
• Proven ability to deliver BI solutions including dashboards and reports.
