Navigo in Grimsby is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to shape data strategy across mental health services, analytics, reporting and data warehouse solutions. You will lead a team within the Digital Systems and Insight Team to support operational, contractual and strategic decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical, technical and communication skills, with experience in large datasets, SQL, Python or R, and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in health management, health information, data science or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Experience within healthcare or NHS environments.
• Programming with R or Python.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the delivery of BI, analytics, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions to support decision-making.
• Oversee production of performance reports, statutory returns, dashboards and analytical outputs.
• Support prioritisation of analytics and data warehouse functions to align with priorities.
• Build relationships with clinical, operational and corporate teams to understand reporting requirements.
