Navigo Health and Social Care CIC is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee BI delivery, analytics, dashboards and data warehousing that inform operational and strategic decisions across the organisation.

The Business Intelligence Lead will oversee the delivery of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions that support operational, contractual, and strategic decision-making across Navigo. Working within the Digital Systems and Insight Team, the post holder will coordinate and support a skilled team responsible for performance reporting, statutory returns, and the development of reporting and analytical solutions for clinical, operational, and corporate services.

The role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, including experience working with large datasets, SQL, reporting tools, and data warehouse environments. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, improve data quality, and translate information into meaningful insight that supports service improvement, performance management, and organisational priorities.
