CBTax is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across Manchester, Northampton, and Dublin. You will meet with business leaders, uncover opportunities, and pitch tailored R&D solutions while driving a growing outbound team and refining lead-gen campaigns.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with six-figure OTE and a clear path to progression within a fast-growing, international boutique consultancy.

Qualificações

• Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a fast-growth setting (Professional services).
• Strong business development skills, pipeline management and a data-driven approach to closing deals.
• Excellent communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Confident handling high-value negotiations and complex decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organised, and focused on results.
• Full UK/Irish driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Drive performance across a growing outbound team.
• Manage and optimise a strong B2B pipeline to hit and exceed targets.

• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.
• Deliver clear sales reporting and performance insights to leadership.
• Consistently follow up and engage prospects with precision and purpose.
