Qualifications

• Minimum ~12 months of closing/360 sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate own pipeline and manage full sales cycle.
• Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Outreach to potential clients via outbound activity and research.
• Engage senior decision-makers and run discovery meetings.
• Present the value of services and close new business.
• Manage opportunities through full cycle and handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
