Job summary
Advanced Navigation is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in defence and security. You will lead opportunities for resilience, PNT, INS and GNSS-denied navigation across land, sea, air, and autonomous defence platforms.
You will collaborate with the Head of Sales (EMEA) and cross-functional teams to engage military end-users, primes, and integrators, translating complex tech into high ROI commercial opportunities while
Qualifications
- 5+ years in defence and security BD, sales or capture management in EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of navigation systems (INS/PNT, GNSS-denied).
- Established relationships with MoD, military procurement and primes.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-million contracts.
- Understanding of defence export controls and procurement frameworks.
- Current security clearance or eligibility.
- Military background in navigation/armoured/naval systems.
- Proficiency in additional EMEA languages.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle across the EMEA defence sector.
- Develop and execute win strategies with MoD stakeholders and primes.
- Articulate value proposition and ROI of Advanced Navigation solutions.
- Translate complex navigation tech into commercial opportunities.
- Represent the company at defence expos and industry forums.
