8R seeks an experienced Lead Business Development (m/f/d) focusing on Critical Infrastructure Protection. The role targets Europe with emphasis on Germany, France and the UK, building strategic relations with authorities and industry partners.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to bid strategy and contract negotiation, interfacing with management, engineering, program management and legal teams. International travel is required.

Competenze

Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years in business development or capture management within defense/security.

Drive business development for Vital Asset Protection and Critical Infrastructure across Europe.
Build strategic relationships with government authorities, defense orgs, airports, and partners.
Manage end-to-end sales, identify opportunities, shape requirements, and negotiate contracts.
