Qualifications

5+ years of proven new business development experience in B2B recruitment/engineering services.
Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and workforce challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with track record of meeting targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Lead new business development initiatives for Defence sector.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including C-Suite.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide sales efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals and execution.
Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
Develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospects.
Attend industry events to promote SEGULA's services.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure staffing delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular engagement.
