KBR is seeking a Country & Business Development Lead for Germany to drive growth in Europe’s defense market. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, shaping partnerships with government and industry, and leading bid activity across the Bundeswehr and wider defence community.

Qualificações

Extensive track record in the military/defence sector.
Proven BD experience within the German defence market.
Experience in at least one MTS portfolio area such as logistics or air/ missile defence.
Strong network across Bundeswehr and the defence industry.
Experience contributing to or leading bids and proposals.
Fluent German with working-level English proficiency.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to work autonomously and within extended teams.

Responsabilidades

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the German defence market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government, military and industry stakeholders.
Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submission.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmes.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
