Job summary

allpay Limited in Hereford is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to win new business and grow the company’s software, payments and digital solutions portfolio.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline across the UK, travel to client meetings and industry events, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Implementation teams to turn opportunities into contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, New Business Sales, Account Executive, or similar consultative sales roles.
• Demonstrable success in winning and closing new business opportunities.
• Experience selling software, SaaS, technology solutions, payment services, fintech solutions, or other complex B2B propositions.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for New Business: identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for allpay's portfolio.
• Sales Strategy Execution: develop and execute ambitious sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Client Acquisition: build and maintain a strong pipeline and cross-sell opportunities.
• Consultative Solution Selling: match solutions to customer needs and objectives.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
• Deal Negotiation and Closing: manage full sales cycle from qualification to closure.
