Job summary

Littlepay, a growing fintech, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead commercial development in UK and Europe. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with operators, infrastructure owners and public authorities, and convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

This role combines market development with disciplined sales execution, from opening doors to negotiating complex enterprise agreements, with travel across the UK and Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning complex enterprise business.
• Experience selling payments, parking, tolling, EV charging, or related solutions.
• Experience navigating complex procurement, tenders and negotiations.
• Strong commercial judgement and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a focused market strategy and commercial plan.
• Build senior customer and partner relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the sale from prospecting to contract, including RFPs and tenders.
• Shape commercially sound solutions with internal teams to ensure delivery feasibility.
