TipTopJob is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Northern Ireland in the process automation and control sector. The role is field-based, covering North and South Ireland, with a focus on profitable sales growth of the process automation range.

You will manage an established customer base, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with the sales team and distributors. Ongoing product training will support your success in this market.

Qualifications

• Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and presenter, building lasting client relationships.
• B2B field sales experience in control, automation or process instrumentation.
• Engineering qualification (ONC/HNC) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Sell process automation products to existing and new customers across Northern Ireland and the ROI, using direct sales channels.
• Manage an established customer base and develop new business opportunities in the territory.
• Work with the sales team and distributors to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Receive ongoing product training to support effective demonstrations and technical discussions.
