Job summary

TipTopJob in the United Kingdom is seeking an Area Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager to drive business in the Industrial Electrical Control and Automation sector.

You will develop new OEM, End User, System Integrator accounts across the South of Manchester and North Derbyshire, with a proven track record in sales and a technical background.

A formal Electrical/Electronic qualification is desirable; candidates with strong sales drive and autonomously managing accounts will succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales record in Industrial Automation and related markets.
• Technical credibility with automation product knowledge.
• Able to develop and manage customer accounts and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close sales with OEMs, End Users and system integrators.
• Present and promote PLCs, control gear, drives, sensors and instrumentation.
• Travel within the South of Manchester and North Derbyshire to win new business.
