Job summary

Makers is a London‑based tech training company shaping the future of AI‑driven engineering. You will lead coaching and development for senior technologists and embedding AI capabilities across live client work.

You will draw on deep software engineering, product and AI experience to guide learners, contribute to curriculum, and drive practical outcomes that transfer to real projects within organisations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering, AI or related technology environments.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and delivery.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Ability to connect technology decisions to business value and outcomes.
• Experience working across engineering, product and AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI leadership and AI engineering coaching sessions across programmes.
• Coach, mentor and support learners through practical, outcomes‑oriented guidance.
• Act as a senior technical voice in client delivery and curriculum development.
• Strengthen curriculum with current industry practices and learner feedback.
• Provide actionable feedback and track learner progress across programmes.
