Makers in the United Kingdom seeks an AI Coach to lead learners through our AI Essentials L3 programme and related AI products, coaching and shaping practical learning experiences. You will work closely with the Head of AI Coaching to ensure high-quality programmes and measurable learner outcomes.

You will deliver remote and onsite learning across the UK, building engaging materials that fuse Makers’ approach with cutting-edge AI insights for business impact and real value to employers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Change/Transformation.
• Design and optimise business processes with requirements gathering.
• Experience with generative AI in business contexts.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI training workshops and 1:1 coaching for learners.
• Provide feedback and guidance to learners and employers.
