Apprentify Group seeks a proactive trainer to lead applied AI training programmes for learners across our remote-first setup. You will deliver hands-on AI sessions, blending real tools and workplace cases to build practical capability beyond theory.

You will partner with client organisations, evolve curriculum insights, and ensure sessions stay current with rapidly changing AI tools and practices in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation (virtual and/or in-person).
• Practical experience applying AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) in a business context.
• Understanding of AI adoption in business workflows, productivity, service, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of data ethics, responsible AI and information governance.
• Ability to break down complex topics into simple, practical learning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and learning-engagement skills.
• Confidence using digital learning and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on AI training sessions, face-to-face and virtual.
• Coach learners to build AI-enabled processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with client organisations as trusted AI skills advisor.
• Contribute to evolving curriculum with feedback and case studies.
• Stay current with AI tools and techniques and apply to real-world contexts.
