Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking an AI and Technical Learning Manager in London to embed an AI-first culture across the business. You will design a strategy that builds confidence, curiosity, and capability in AI for Trusties, shaping how teams think and work with AI daily.

You will lead structured AI capability building through Tech Academies and apprenticeship-funded programs, partnering with Product and Tech to identify impactful use cases.

Qualifications

• Passionate about AI and how it changes the way people work with hands-on experience driving AI adoption and digital transformation.
• Strategic architect who builds systems and frameworks to create lasting change in learning and adoption strategies.
• Technically fluent in Generative AI and LLMs, able to discuss concepts with Product and Tech leaders.
• Skilled change manager who can address resistance and design adoption journeys.
• Experienced in building technical capability through Tech Academy-style programs at scale.
• Savvy with Apprenticeship Levy funding and leveraging it to accelerate AI skills development.
• Confident stakeholder consultant who can influence senior leaders and position AI as a business priority.
• Data-driven professional who uses evidence to inform decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot by designing initiatives and learning experiences.
• Build an AI learning strategy that moves people from curiosity to fluency.
• Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases and design learning/support for changes.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
• Design and oversee technical skills programmes for Trustpilot's technology teams.
• Manage and deploy Apprenticeship Levy funding for eligible training.
• Measure adoption, confidence, and impact; report to leadership.
• Benchmark and evolve AI learning maturity against industry standards.
