Job summary

Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking an experienced AI Leadership & Digital Transformation Trainer to deliver impactfuI learning on AI adoption, leadership and digital skills in the UK. Hybrid delivery with occasional on-site sessions for key accounts will be required.

You will help learners and employers understand how AI can boost productivity, decision-making and organisational performance, while ensuring ethical and responsible AI use in business contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching, workshops, or facilitation within AI and management/leadership.
• Strong understanding of generative AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, industry-leading training focused on AI, leadership, workplace productivity, and organisational transformation.
• Support learners in developing practical skills in the application of AI tools, automation, data-informed decision-making, and digital collaboration.
• Facilitate engaging workshops to help leaders and teams adopt AI within their roles and organisations.
• Provide high value training enabling learners to implement their learning and drive business improvements.
• Deliver training around AI strategy, governance, responsibly adopting AI, and AI-enabled transformation.
