Job summary

iO‑Sphere, a UK-based data and AI training startup, seeks a hands-on coach to guide professionals through AI adoption in their organisations. You’ll coach real projects, review work, and help learners progress across HR, operations, marketing and finance, with a focus on practical judgement and stakeholder buy-in.

You’ll manage a 15‑month programme, run weekly live coaching slots, and ensure timely feedback while developing the next generation of AI practitioners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with generative AI, agents or automation on real business problems.
• Ability to coach across disciplines and functions.
• Comfortable explaining complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide live coaching sessions with cohorts weekly.
• Maintain a caseload around 40 learners and monitor progress.
• Conduct monthly one-to-ones and provide guidance on targets and next steps.
• Run quarterly reviews with learners and employers to track qualification progress.
• Mark and give feedback within 48 hours on real workplace AI projects.
• Oversee onboarding conversations and required record-keeping.
