Job summary

Thurlow Nunn in Norwich is seeking a proactive Aftersales Outbound Customer Specialist to manage inbound inquiries and outbound campaigns across our machinery divisions. You will work with regional service teams to plan maintenance, servicing, and inspection programmes in line with capacity and lead times.

In this role you will coordinate forwarding of service work, engage clients on seasonal maintenance, conduct safety inspections, and maintain accurate client and asset records.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and contact centre experience in a structured environment.
• Strong scheduling and organisational skills for multi-branch workshop capacity.
• Ability to identify maintenance needs and explain service packages clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Forward-book and schedule multi-brand service work and workshop bookings across regional branches.
• Engage existing clients in seasonal maintenance programmes and winter inspections.
• Contact clients to book regulatory safety tests and machinery examinations.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups for health assessments and remedial work.
