Apprentify is seeking an Account Manager in Emsworth to build strong client relationships and drive value from our aerial technology solutions. You will manage key accounts, identify opportunities, and work with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure customer success.

The role offers a hybrid working model, a competitive basic salary of £40k plus uncapped commission, and clear progression pathways in a fast-evolving tech space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or client-facing account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially insightful with ability to present value-led solutions.
• Experience in technology or SaaS is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the platform and its outcomes for customers across multiple sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted partner and point of contact.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand evolving needs and value delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and reports to support business planning.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Contribute customer feedback to product improvements and service optimisation.
