Apprentify in Manchester is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support the wider sales function from initial contact to close.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for progression into more senior roles, with uncapped commission and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or early‑career professional.
• Degree educated or graduate calibre.
• Confident, personable, and able to build relationships with new people.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Engage with decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements, challenges, and commercial objectives.
• Qualify sales opportunities and identify where the company’s products or services can add value.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process, from initial contact through to close.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and relevant sales information for prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
