Job summary

Hearts United in London is seeking an Account Director to lead client relationships for Etsy and Activision. You will develop tailored media strategies, oversee budgets, ensure flawless campaign execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning processes.

You will drive growth by leveraging Hearts United’s Ignite planning framework, manage senior client stakeholders, and mentor an Account Manager team while upholding agency values and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven media planning experience across TV, Press, Digital and OOH.
• Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading and developing teams, coaching Executives and MBPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client contact and nurture relationships.
• Own campaign status meetings and ensure actions are followed up.
• Maintain strong relationships with media partners and ensure on-brand delivery.
• Support commercial review and opportunities to upsell across client portfolio.
