Qualifications

• Experience in strategic account management or consultative sales.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and close large, complex deals.
• Experience in energy solutions or related technical disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention across a Europe-based datacentre portfolio.
• Engage senior leaders and executives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Identify and secure complex opportunities in energy-as-a-service, bridging power, and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Lead negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments for major commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal and HSE teams to deliver value.
• Monitor performance and drive outcomes through value realisation and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and energy transition opportunities.
