Job summary

Aggreko plc in London seeks a Strategic Account Director to develop and manage key customer relationships across Europe, delivering energy solutions for data centre clients and helping them meet operational, commercial and sustainability goals.

You will lead strategic account plans, engage C-suite executives, negotiate large contracts, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to drive growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic account management and business development.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at executive level.
• Proven track record negotiating large, complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term retention in Europe.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and secure opportunities involving energy solutions and decarbonisation initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, project delivery, finance, legal and HSE teams.
• Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and energy transition opportunities.
