The role involves leading complex negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and regular travel across domestic and European markets. A track record in strategic selling and energy transition initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic account management and business development.
• Knowledge of energy solutions, distributed generation, renewables or energy transition.
• Fluent in engaging C-suite and senior executives.
• Experience handling long sales cycles and large, complex contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and retention.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders and executives across key accounts.
• Identify complex opportunities in energy-as-a-service, bridging power solutions and decarbonisation.
• Lead negotiations, contract structuring and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal and HSE teams.
• Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to deliver value.
• Advise on market trends and energy transition opportunities.
