RS Integrated Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Stores/Stock Controller to maintain high standards of stock accuracy and availability. You will ensure efficient stock control, process orders, and support procurement activities while delivering excellent client service at all times.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with site involvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain professional relationships
• Issue stock products to the client
• Source supplier catalogues and product references
• Expedite outstanding purchase orders promptly
• Record goods delivered into stock control system
• Release products on back order for delivery
• Confirm customer deliveries in a timely manner
• Complete approved documentation accurately
• Conduct stock deliveries within one working day of receipt
• Conduct rotational stock checks
• Record stock locations for new products
• Record stock adjustments and act on them
• Maintain high housekeeping standards
• Attend site meetings and follow up on issues
• Carry out other duties consistent with the role
