RS Integrated Supply in Crewe is seeking a Stores Supervisor to manage the on-site team and oversee daily stores operations within the customer’s site. You will ensure high service levels, accurate stock handling, and a focus on continuous improvement aligned with contractual obligations.

You will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain compliance with ISO 9002 and client systems, while promoting health and safety and delivering excellent client experience across a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the on-site RS Integrated Supply team, including regular 1-2-1 reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day stores operations to meet performance indicators and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (e.g., relocation, labeling, stock checks).
• Enter daily transactions and stock movements into relevant systems; ensure ISO 9002 and customer systems are followed.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and add value initiatives to exceed expectations.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and complete required training modules.
• Support OPEX activities and internal audits to maintain Gold Standard standards.
