RS Integrated Supply is recruiting a Stores Manager to lead daily operations across our stores solutions, ensuring exceptional service to clients. You will supervise stores personnel, drive stock accuracy, and align processes with client performance metrics.

The role requires proven experience in operational stores management, strong leadership, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. A proactive, results-driven mindset and excellent IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering measurable results in operations/stores management.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve targets and maintain service levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Positive, proactive attitude and adaptability to change.
• Excellent IT skills and familiarity with store software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stores operations and personnel to meet performance metrics (stock checks, accuracy, site support, goods receipt).
• Develop client relationships through regular communication and delivery of metrics.
• Deliver stores solutions measured by client satisfaction scorecard.
• Maintain operational excellence through continuous improvement in stores and processes.
• Ensure operations align with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Monitor compliance with Health and Safety policy and site procedures.
• Respond to client needs to sustain exceptional service delivery.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on issues within Stores.
• Identify cost-saving measures benefiting the client.
