Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Stores Supervisor in Crewe to lead the on-site Integrated Supply team, manage daily store operations, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. The role focuses on developing the team, maintaining stock accuracy, and driving improvements across the site.

Key responsibilities include 1:1 coaching, safe working practices, data entry for stock movements, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9002 and client requirements. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team, conduct regular 1:1 reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects and stock integrity checks.
• Accurately enter daily transactions and stock movements in relevant systems.
• Deliver high levels of client service and add-value initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and ISO 9002 requirements.
• Prepare for OPEX audits and maintain Gold Standard readiness.
