• Drive commercial performance through planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding shopping experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with central teams for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Support colleague training and development to align with service expectations.
