Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to support daily store operations
• Manage an allocated section including planning, stock, planograms, visual merchandising and sales
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms as needed
• Organise and delegate daily tasks to Retail Assistants
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver great store experience and sales
• Pursue personal development through digital learning and career pathways
