Primark is seeking a Team Manager for a fixed-term full-time contract at our Staines store. You will lead a section, manage stock, visual merchandising and daily store operations to deliver outstanding sales and customer experience. • Collaborate with the store management team to support daily operations.
• Oversee a department, including planning, stock control, planograms and visual impact to drive sales.
• Supervise tills and fitting rooms as required.
• Organise and lead Retail Assistants, assigning daily tasks and targets.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimising sales.
• Pursue personal development through digital learning and career pathways.
