Primark Staines is seeking a proactive Team Manager to drive daily store operations, customer experience and commercial planning. You will lead a team of Retail Assistants, organise tasks, coach staff, and collaborate with the management team to deliver exceptional service while growing in a fast-paced fashion environment.
