OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and drive sales. You will coordinate daily tasks, motivate staff, and ensure a fantastic store experience for customers. Shifts may include evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to listen and communicate effectively, and adaptable to demanding times. Supervisory experience is helpful but not essential, with a commitment to inclusive workplaces.
