Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to guide and coach the team, support store managers and drive sales to meet targets. Shifts may include evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

You will motivate the team, lead from the front, provide product guidance to customers and take ownership of complaints with professional handling. A friendly, confident, and resilient attitude is essential.

About the role:

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Team Leader would include:
