Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to go beyond tills and shelves, supporting managers, coaching the team, and driving sales to hit store targets. Shift patterns may include evenings and weekends as part of meeting customer needs.

Key responsibilities include coaching the team, guiding customers on product choices, and resolving customer complaints professionally. Prior supervisory experience is desirable but essential.
