Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Team Leader for the South Down area to help drive customer experience and store performance. You will lead the store team, ensure policy adherence, and act as a keyholder when required, including opening, closing and weekend shifts.

You will cover Post Office duties as needed and contribute to community initiatives while upholding the company values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members.
• Proven track record of achieving business plans and priorities.
• Inspire colleagues to deliver excellent service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to follow policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder).
• Be a positive role model and uphold our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support your team while hands-on in store.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance and implement priorities.
• Promote and participate in community initiatives.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
