Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Team Leader for Spar Garvey in Lisburn to lead the store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role is based on a 42.5-hour week with shifts across opening hours, including weekends.

You will report to the Assistant/Store Manager and play a key role in maintaining store standards, training staff, and driving store performance while representing our values in the community.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with previous store supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Target driven to achieve business plans/priorities.
• Ability to inspire colleagues to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team alongside the Assistant Manager/Store Manager to follow policies and standards.
• Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of other leaders (keyholder duties).
• Be a positive role model and uphold our values of Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork and Integrity.
• Train, manage workload and support your team while working hands-on in store to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager to maximise store performance by understanding and executing the store plan and priorities.
• Promote and participate in initiatives to support the local community.
• May be required to cover the Post Office when needed.
