Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Team Leader for SPAR Rosepark in Dundonald. The role involves leading the store team, covering shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

You will report to the Assistant Manager/Store Manager and help drive store performance, community engagement, and adherence to policies while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over for store legislation.
• At least 6 months of store retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Target-driven and focused on continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to follow policies, standards and practices.
• Take responsibility for store in the absence of other leaders (keyholder duties).
• Model Henderson Group values: Ambition, Customer First, Teamwork, Integrity.
• Train and manage workload, stay hands-on to deploy resources effectively.
• Support Store Manager to maximise store performance and priorities.
• Promote initiatives supporting the local community.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as needed.
