Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team in a busy store near Bransgore. The role covers shop floor leadership, tills, and delivering excellent service while maintaining stock accuracy and merchandising standards.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and help drive Co-op membership and services for the local community. The position requires flexible shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in retail or store operations is preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support the team to deliver great service.
